Dahil pansamantala munang hihinto ang lock in taping ng The World Between Us dahil sa quarantine (ECQ) and health protocols bunga ng COVID-19 pandemic at sa dumaraming kaso ng Delta variant ng coronavirus ay naka-season break muna ang naturang GMA series simula sa Lunes; magbabalik sila sa ere sa November 15.
At habang naka-break sila, magiging teacher muna si Sid Lucero!
Ikinuwento ito ni Sid nang tanungin namin kung ano ang plano niyang gawin habang nakabakasyon sila.
“Well, back to normal, I’ve been working on a lot of different things, like the online store is still happening, I’m trying to put together my swimming rig.
“I still tutor my daughter every so often, ‘coz everything’s on zoom, like this whole thing,” pagtukoy ni Sid sa Zoom mediacon ng TWBU, “that we’re doing is like what I do with her anyway.
“And then workout, that’s it. Other than that, it’s the same things, just less people and alone.”
So teacher muna siya ng anak niya online.
“Nagtu-tutor ako sa kanya, yeah, because we’re doing everything at home and even though the mom and her… they stay together, the mom’s like really busy being a mom and her profession herself, I would take any opportunity to be with my daughter and because the situation is not easy to physically be with her and so this is perfect.”
Biro namin kay Sid, may sideline pala siya bilang isang tutor.
“Yeah,” at tumawa si Sid, “for my kid yeah!
“Pero feeling ko pagdating niya ng Grade 3 hindi na ko makakahabol e, I think we have to get a professional, hanggang Grade 2 lang yata ang kaya kong Math e,” ang tumatawa pa ring sinabi ni Sid.
Gumaganap si Sid sa The World Between Us bilang si Eric kung saan tampok sina Alden Richards bilang si Louie, Tom Rodriguez bilang si Brian, Jasmine Curtis-Smith bilang si Lia, Dina Bonnevie bilang si Rachel, Kelley Day bilang Audrey, at Jaclyn Jose bilang Yachie.
