Dinna Bonnevie admits ‘sepanx’ is real

Veteran actress Dina Bonnevie revealed that she got ‘separation anxiety’ from her The World Between Us stars after her early exit from the show.

In the December 7 episode of the show, Dina’s character Rachel Libradilla was laid to rest after being murdered by Eric, the character of Sid Lucero.

“Nauna akong lumabas sa kanila so nilagay ko doon sa groupchat na, ‘This is Rachel Libradilla signing off.’ Pero habang tina-type ko ‘yun, naiiyak ako,” she shared during the show’s mediacon in November.

“Sabi ko, ‘Mawawala na ba ako sa Viber group?’ Kasi hindi ko na sila makaka-chat. So nag-sign off na ako pero maya’t maya tinitingnan ko pa rin kung ano ginagawa nila.”

The 60-year-old actress added that she really cried on her last day on the set of The World Between Us.

“I really cried nung last day kasi parang, ‘Is this true? Rachel Libradilla is signing off?’

“Ganun ka-close, talagang super duper family talaga ang feeling.”

The World Between Us airs Mondays to Fridays on GMA Telebabad after I Left My Heart in Sorsogon.

As the country continues to see a continued decline in COVID-19 cases, almost everyone is hopeful for a close to normal celebration this coming Christmas.

However, some Kapuso stars still prioritize safety by not attending big gatherings this holiday season.

In an interview with “Chika Minute” on 24 Oras, Stories From The Heart: Love On Air actors Gabbi Garcia, Khalil Ramos, Kiray Celis, and Sunshine Cruz related their plans on how they will celebrate Christmas this year.

Gabbi already had her Parañaque home fixed in preparation for the Noche Buena. She shared that it has always been a tradition for her relatives to meet up at their house every year.

But due to the pandemic, everyone attending their family gathering needs to be tested first.

“Dito sa bahay ‘yung meet up ng family, grandparents ko, my cousins so, hopefully, this year, on the 25th, magawa namin siya ulit. We’re looking forward, we’re really excited pero, syempre, everyone will still get tested and will still follow the safety protocols,” she said.

Gabbi is currently in Boracay with her boyfriend Khalil Ramos where the two welcomed her 23rd birthday.

The actor, on the other hand, is hopeful to have a taste of normalcy now that the country has eased up the restrictions.

“We would want sana to revive the tradition, feeling ko kaya naman siya as long as we follow the protocols,” he said.

Sunshine, on the other hand, is supposed to celebrate the holidays in Boracay with her family. Instead, just like most Filipino families, they would just prepare a simple celebration at home.

“Simple, magluluto lang kami ng pang Noche Buena ang I’ll just spend it here at home,” she shared.

Likewise, comedienne Kiray will also just be staying in with her family to avoid possibility of contracting COVID-19. Taking advantage of online shopping, she even prefers to buy gifts for her family online instead of doing it in the malls.

“Kung nagawa namin ng tatlong taon, kaya naming ituluy-tuloy this year para mas safe na rin para sa kanila. Lahat naman ngayon nabibili na online, e, so pwede nang bumili ng regalo na kung anong gusto ng family. Madali naman na order-in kaya di naman na kailangan lumabas kapag kumpleto yun yung masasabi mong masayang Pasko kasi kumpleto kayong family,” she said.
