One of the top talks today is “Katips,” a film about Martial Law produced and directed by Vince Tañada.
In an interview, Vince said, “Magugulat kayo na hindi lang ito political movie. It’s a love story. Mapapakanta kayo. Mai-inspire kayo.”
As producer and director, Vince wants to reach young audience to show facts and bring them to Martial Law era.
Also supporting this film is Kapamilya actor Jerome Ponce who’s part of the cast members. He showed his singing and dancing side in this musical movie.
Both Vince and Jerome delivered their roles very well. During special screening, movie viewers praised them for their outstanding performances.
Jerome shared, “Very honored na maging bahagi ng movie na ito. I started sa theater kaya alam ko ang disiplina ng mga kasamahan ko rito.”
Mon Confiado, Johnrey Rivas, Lou Veloso, Nicole Laurel Asensio, Adelle Ibarrientos, Sachzna Laparan, Joshua Bulot, Vean Olmedo, Carla Lim, Patricia Ismael, Dexter Doria, Afi Africa, OJ Arci, Ricky Brioso, Liam Tanare, Dindo Arroyo, JP Lopez, Bernard Laxa, and Nelson Mendoza complete the cast.
