Finally, the much-awaited annual Bench Fashion Week (BFW) was back just last weekend with its fabulous holiday 2022 collection!
As always, many look forward to attend the BFW every year since Bench launched it in 2017. Unfortunately, we missed it 2020 and 2021 when global pandemic hit us.
The fifth season of the BFW was held last September 30, October 1 and 2 at The Playground again at The Bench Tower in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) in Taguig City.
Apart from professional models, a number of celebrities, beauty queens, and even social media stars strut the runway.
Featured brands during the usual three-day BFW include Human X Jenni Contreras, Cotton On, Antonina and Strongvillage on the first day; Urban Revivo, Kashieca x Lucy Torres-Gomez (who made 17 designs and her third or fourth collaboration, while her first was with her friend Kris Aquino, according to Lucy) and the genius Martin Bautista on day two; and Bench X Mobo (the great fashion designer Lesley Mobo) on its finale which was very festive and Filipino!
Congratulations to Ben Chan, Bench honcho, and to his hardworking and creative team for the huge success of this year’s BFW!
